Elly is a Certified Infant and Child Sleep Consultant and mum of three who knows firsthand the beauty and exhaustion of motherhood. After navigating her own sleep challenges and seeing a gap in realistic, parent-aligned sleep support, she founded Baby Sleep Collective to guide others with both expertise and deep empathy.
With over eight years’ experience working with families around the world, Elly has helped countless parents reclaim their rest, restore confidence in their parenting, and create healthy, sustainable sleep habits for their children.
Baby Sleep Collective helps families with children aged 0–4 achieve better sleep through personalised, respectful, and realistic strategies. Elly combines professional expertise with personal understanding to support parents in feeling more confident, less anxious, and fully equipped to improve their child’s sleep.
