    NOTE: Your custom sleep plan must be initiated within 14 days of receipt. This timeline is crucial to maintaining the plan's relevance and effectiveness. If the plan is not commenced within the 14 day timeframe, it may become outdated or irrelevant. In such cases, adjustments will require an additional fee.

    During the support period, you are entitled to up to three calls per week, aligned with the duration of your support plan. Please note that any calls not utilised at your discretion will be forfeited.
