I focus on identifying the root cause of your baby’s sleep challenges, whether that’s linked to routine, environment, developmental factor or something deeper. Then, we build a personalised plan to address it, so your family can rest well, consistently.

How long will it take to see a change?

Most families start seeing improvement within a few days to a few weeks. The timeline depends on your child’s specific challenges and how consistently the plan is implemented. My role is to guide you every step of the way, so you feel supported, informed, and confident from day one.

How do you personalise your approach to fit our family?

No two children or parents are the same, and I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Your plan is built from the ground up based on your child’s temperament, sleep history, feeding patterns, development, and your parenting preferences.

Before we start, you’ll complete a detailed intake form so I can truly understand what’s going on, then I’ll design a strategy that’s realistic, respectful, and completely tailored to your family.
